To operate properly as a Chapter inside AlumniMIP, the MBA Chapter is developing a Regulation to support the functionning and the relationships with the macro-association.
Being a former independent association, the MBA Chapter (AMIP) still owns a Statute, duly registered as per the Italian regulations.
The Statute included as the main organ of the Association a General Council, lead by a President.
