FABIO LISCA'S SUMMARY
Fabio was born in Milan in 1959. He has considerable experience as a Creative Director in Communication, Advertising, Strategic Marketing and Brand Image Management for more than 18 years.
Since 2003, he is actively involved in the Organizational Design and People Management where he had vast responsabilities including organizational restructuring projects; competences reengineering; management coaching and training; competence model and evaluation system development; and change management projects.
Prior to that, Fabio was the COO of Intrasoft, an ICT company specializing in dynamic profiling systems. He was also the founder of Dialogica in 1997, a Marketing Company that developed an original methodology of marketing research through a company assessment process. This venture was in partnership with Eurisko and the Observatory of Communication at Cattolica University.
Fabio has a degree in Philosophy from Univeristà degli Studi di Milano and an Executive MBA MIP, from the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. He is currently a member of the Alumni MIP Association Board where he is responsible for the Career Development Service.
