HR Management & Development Program

Presentation of HR Management & Development Program the MIP Executive Course  on Tuesday the 16th of March  at 7 p.m. at the new Bovisa Campus - Via Lambruschini 4C, Milan.

Managing Human Resources today means facing lots of changes:

  • the development of innovative organizational models based on projects and processes
  • the importance to be able to manage outsourcing and internationalization phenomena
  • the company need  to improve their own core competences
  • the use of Web 2.0 tools for learning management
These are just some of the challenges that this course is designed to achieve.

The course, designed with a Committee of 15 national and multinational companies, is tailored to  high potential HR operators who want to  grow within the function through getting a broader understanding of HR management processes and improving their leadership skills.
