Donatella Rampado is an entrepreneur experienced in personal branding and communication. She is President of A.R.C. Consulting, consulting and training firm.She is Member of Board of Directors and Personnel Manager in Ristopiù Lombardia SpA. For ASSOSERVIZI she is teacher for Sales, Customer Care and SelfBrand courses. She also is teacher for Networking, Brand Communication and “To select or to be selected” courses for different organizations. She keeps a survey on line, and she writes in local and national media, She is member of “Ad Maiora onlus”, “Transparency International Italy” and “AIDDA” Associations. Her first published book is “SelfBrand fate di voi stessi un autentico Brand”
Lia Castelli has a degree in philosophy with psychological direction got in “Università degli Studi” in Milan, and a three-year Specialization Course in Organizational Psychology also got in the same University. She also has a two-year Master in Neuro-linguistic Programming – Systemic Approach and Corporate and Family Constellations Specialization Course. She had several working experiences in UNILEVER ITALIA (Training and Organizational Development Dept.), in DIVAL FINANZIARIA S.p.A. (RAS Group), REMCO ITALIA S.p.A., ISTUD S.p.A., ASSOSERVIZI.Since 2000 she has been working as professional woman, having relationship with Antibioticos, Basel, Bticino, Crown Plaza, Italcementi ITA Formazione, SolMelià, Sose, Regione Lombardia, etc.. From 1989 to 2005 she was Member of Board of Directors in Remco Italia S.p.A..From 1990 to 2005 she was Vice-President (and Chief of “Tools Team”) in Assobiomedica. From 2002 to 2005 she was member of ASSOLOMBARDA Council.
