ImmigrAZIONI: la strategia della diversità
Today, more than ever, multicultural approach is a critical success factor, and to build in actual fact an organizational culture supporting the exploitation of differences in a cultural mosaic is one of the strongest challenges that organizations playing a global rule have to face. Starting from a privileged point of view as companies headquarters are, and going through a reasoned dialogue with better players in Italian Diversity Management projects, Andrea Benigni, ECA Italia General Manager (ECA Italia is one of the worldwide leading companies in consultancy for expatriates management), and Marco Girardo, author of book “ImmigrAZIONI”, will drive us to new diversity management strategies that companies are taking to be competitive in international contest, and will tell us integration and multicultural experiences in some big Italian companies.
Our speakers will be
Andrea Benigni – ECA Italia Managing Director. After a first professional experience between 1996 and 1998 in a consulting international network, he joined ECA Italia at the beginning of 1999. In this Anglo-Italian company he held rules more and more important, reaching Managing Director rule in January, 2005. He manages a 25 collaborators team located in Rome, Milan and Florence.
Marco Girardo – Economical journalist of “Avvenire” - is a professional journalist, vice-head of service in economical editorial staff of “Avvenire” newspaper. After his university studies in Trieste and Milan he became a specialist in economical and financial information, working together with specialized newspapers and magazines. In his career, he put besides essayist and journalist activities, publishing historical and economical – popularising books.
