AlumniMIP Rome Chapter presents: How Italian High Technology can support International Projects
Tommaso Buganza, Associate Professor in Managing Innovation and Projects and Mario Pocci, Lead Program Manager - Selex Elsag will discuss the complexity of managing methodologies and tools in challenging and high technology projects. Particular attention will be paid to the transformation of the role of Project Manager, from an operational role to a more strategic one as a pivot for all functional areas (purchasing, logistic, customer satisfaction, etc.) and as a generator of the economic value of projects.
