Career Development and Placement 

The increasing rate of change in our organizations and in the knowledge and skills needed operate in the market, together with the recent trends towards the disappearing of corporate career paths and job security, force individuals to take care of the development of their own learning and careers.

As a consequence, personal learning project management is becoming a new skill for most people to acquire, but, at the same time an opportunity for a more stimulating and motivating work life to follow.

With the awareness of the importance of this new challenges, AlumniMIP activities in this area is aimed at supporting their associates to develop the skills needed to plan and achieve their individual career path in their organizations.
It is possible to recognize several steps to realize a personal development plan: from the first assessment phase, necessary to identify your current skills, knowledge, interests and abilities, to the detection of your goals. From the phase of specification of your learning purpose, to the definition of the learning objectives.

The activities organized by AlumniMIP are oriented to cover everyone of these phases:  seminars and events on emerging issues, surveys presentation about  the professional profiles more hunted from the companies and executive search head hunters, provision of services useful to face  both exciting career climbing (assessment and learning strategies) and less stir period (support to outplacement).

At this purpose, since 2006 AlumniMIP started an agreement with ASSORES, an eminent Italian association of head hunters executive search, that helps our Association to accomplish his aims in the career development and placement area.

Moreover a job offer  service is provided able to put in touch associates with head hunters and executive search companies.
