FAQ - LinkedIN Pending Request
If you have extended the request for inclusion in the AlumniMIP group on LinkedIN but from several days it is not approved, some mishap preventing its acceptance may be occurred.
Consider what follows:
- have you duly activated your account on the AlumniMIP Portal?
This means that you have received a temporary password for accessing your profile on the portal and you have log in once to update the profile and modify the default password
- Is your email address used on the AlumniMIP portal identical to the one used on LinkedIN
This is not mandatory but reduces our effort for matching the profiles on the association portal and on AlumniMIP.If we do not find something that allows to match the profiles on the two sites, we will hold the request
- Have you verified that some email from the AlumniMIP domain has not benn incorrectly chategorized as Spam?
This means that it is better to look in the spam box of your email account to verifyif we gave you additional instruction
